Front web.jpgPassed away surrounded by his family at University Hospital Coventry on Monday 25th December 2023, aged 20 years.

A huge loss to his family, friends and all who knew him.

Daniel's funeral service will take place at St. Peter's Church, Wellesbourne on Friday 26th April 2024 at 1:30 p.m. followed by a committal at Oakley Wood Crematorium, North Chapel.

In memory of Daniel and his support of Chelsea FC, all are invited to wear something blue.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu are to benefit The Critical Care Team at University Hospital Coventry who looked after Daniel. These may be left at the service or by clicking on the 'Donate' button below.

  • We support our families, funding a bereavement garden for those who have suffered the loss of a child and family communication rooms, so that families can discuss their loved ones’ care in privacy and peace
