Funeral service to take place at Oakley Wood Crematorium, South Chapel, on Tuesday 10th June, at 11:30 a.m. Family flowers only.

I have so many memories from my childhood with Pat, Pete, Michael and Lynn. We lost touch over the years due to moving away but Pat will be forever in my heart.
