Shipston Home Nursing

Your ‘Hospice at Home’ for patients and their families facing incurable illnesses

We are a local Charity founded in 1997 with the purpose of caring for patients with illnesses which do not respond to curative treatment and who wish to be nursed at home.  Our Nursing Services are managed through a team of Registered General Nurses specialising in palliative care supported by Health Care Assistants. We care for the patient and their family, in their own homes throughout the period of their illness.

Our service covers Shipston, Wellesbourne, Kineton and the surrounding villages and  is completely free of charge.

We depend on the ongoing generosity of our supporters and donors to ensure that this free community service, continues to provide high quality nursing care to families facing terminal illness, with the required expertise and support.

We are extremely grateful for the ongoing support we receive from the community we serve.

The Church of the Holy Cross, Moreton Morrell

Holy Cross is the parish church serving Moreton Morrell, Moreton Paddox and the surrounding area. It is very much a part of the community, not just as a place of worship and prayer, albeit very important, but also a focus for a range of activities, making use of the Room which adjoins the church building. The church believes strongly in reaching out to the community, and being fully part of it, with a welcome to all whatever their faith or none. Inevitably maintaining the building and its running can be a struggle and any financial contribution, large or small,  for our important work is very much appreciated and valued.
