On the 1st October 2026, peacefully at Warwick Hospital, aged 92 years.

Much loved husband to Cynthia, a proud dad to Lance and Lesley and granddad to Ben, Kim and Emma. A friend to many in this area being the landlord of ‘The Vine’ in Banbury, ‘The Three Horseshoes’ in Upper Heyford and over 25 years at ‘The George Hotel’ in Brailes.

Derek’s funeral will take place on Monday 19th October at The Church of St. George, Brailes at 11.00 a.m.
