Died peacefully on 16th September 2022 after a short illness, aged 87 years.
Beloved husband of Zena, son of Stanley and Constance, father to Mary, Anna, Joe, William and Laura and grandfather to George and Rory.
Reception into St. Peter’s RC Church, Dormer Place, Leamington Spa on Wednesday 19th October at 5.00pm. Funeral Mass takes place on Thursday 20th October at 11.00am, followed by interment at Leamington Cemetery.

For a wonderful man and doctor, who inspired me to go to medical school. I thank you for being a wonderful doctor and looking after my mum, Hilary Lucas until she moved to Scotland.

We would like to express our sincere condolences for your loss.
Dr Godwin was a fantastic man, who cared for myself and my wife for many years, during incredible health crises. Without him, I don't know how we could have coped. Hilary Lucas was the founding member of the Dr Godwin fan club, which started in the early 70's.
When we moved to Scotland, we only wished we could have brought him with us. He was a dear man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
